What is your most memorable meal and why?
Henry: Probably my first ever vegan Christmas, I cooked a mushroom Wellington for my family.
What’s your worst kitchen disaster?
Ian: We still haven’t mastered the Yorkshire pudding, it’s a work in progress!
What would you want to eat for your last meal?
Henry: Mine would be a massive seitan burger, vegan chicken wings with hot sauce (so hot that it burns), and fries washed down with a plant-based banana milkshake.
Ian: I’d have to say a traditional Sunday roast. The Big BOSH! Roast with crispy roast potatoes and a rich red onion gravy would go down a treat.
The great coriander debate – yes or no?
H: I love a curry so coriander gets a big yes from me!
