
‘Audra Morrice is a chef, cookbook author and television presenter who has her own range of all-natural, gluten-free products.A graduate in Economics and Japanese, Audra left a very successful practice in telecommunications to follow her passion in food. Her career in the culinary world began when she was a finalist in MasterChef Australia 2012. She then went on to become co-host and judge on MasterChef Asia in 2015, and MasterChef Singapore in 2018. Audra was also a guest judge on MasterChef Poland.Audra has her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, broadcasted on SBS Food Network in Australia, broadcasting across Asia, and tastyconversations.com.au.She is the author of My Kitchen, Your Table (2015, Landmark Books) and her latest cookbook, Cook and Feast (September 2019, Landmark Books).Her range of Australian-made, all-natural, gluten-free relishes, jam and mayo are available at selected shops in Sydney and Singapore and online at audramorrice.com.au. Audra runs a catering business for private events in Sydney and has successfully headlined numerous corporate dining events for major multinational clients. She also runs hands-on cooking classes and bespoke corporate programs in Sydney and Singapore. Audra has hosted numerous dining events in Singapore including MasterChef Dining & Bar at the Intercontinental Singapore (2016), A Culinary Evening with Audra Morrice at the Singapore Marriott Tangs Plaza (2017), the 2018 World Gourmet Summit in collaboration with the New Ubin Seafood at CHIJMES, and with Chef Malcolm Lee at his Michelin starred restaurant, Candlenut (2018).Audra was invited to speak at the Web In Travel conference in Singapore in 2017. Following this, she collaborated with Accor Plus to bring its members on an off-the-beaten-track guided food and cultural tour to her favourite food haunts in Singapore. Audra was also the creative food consultant for the inaugural Laguna Phuket Food and Music Festival, which attracted accolades from the governor of Phuket and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. She also provides consultancy services for cafes and restaurants in Sydney and has consulted for a private resort off the east coast of Malaysia, in menu creation, staff training and operational changes aimed at improving kitchen operations and preparing staff for the island’s move towards a more sustainable environment and operation.’Audra is an ambassador of the Singapore Tourism Board and has been a part of several campaigns including Celebrity Concierge along side Tetsuya Wakuda, Antonia Kidman and Tom Williams, and Get Lost and Find the Real Singapore.
