Gennaro Contaldo urges us to unite and connect through food; you could say it’s his life motto.
When we spoke to him for the launch of Fast Cook Italian, he explained that we as families, parents, cousins, friends and lovers, need to stop, slow down and take a few precious moments in our busy lives to really connect and eat together. He wants us to cook together, to show our love through food and to unite through food.
In particular, he wants us to teach our children to cook and to enjoy their time in the kitchen. Teaching them important skills that will last a lifetime, something they too can pass along generation after generation.
Fast Cook Italian is full of flavourful Italian recipes that can all be cooked in 40 minutes or less. Perfect for busy people!
