Australian Chef, Lisa Mead has been cheffing on board luxury yachts throughout the Caribbean and the Mediterranean for the past 26 years.

During this time, Lisa has cooked for all walks of life, including royalty and the rich and famous, and for the past seven years she has been hosting her own cooking TV show Galley Gourmet With Chef Lisa

Since time is of the essence onboard a yacht, Lisa has perfected techniques that enable her to create an array of delicious international cuisine using the freshest of ingredients, but that are quick and easy to prepare – perfect for the home cook.
