Chef and model Isaac Carew is no stranger to the pressures of a commercial kitchen. While he’s a trained chef (and model if you didn’t notice!), his days in restaurants started at the young age of six. He’d sit beside his father in the restaurant kitchen watching him cook.  After finishing school, he headed to catering college and there began his career as a chef.

Within these pages, Isaac hopes to inspire us to have fun cooking, whether we new to the kitchen or old-hat. ‘Basically, my attitude to food is this: eat well, live well, and have a bit of fun with it.’
