World on a Plate – Jack Stein

Jack Stein was raised in a passionate world of food, just consider the number of countries his father, Rick Stein, has visited in an endeavour to share this wide and wonderful world and its cuisines with us.  So it’s no surprise that Jack’s book is full of delightful recipes from around the world. These recipes are his versions of the ones he has loved throughout his life and are recipes he returns to time after time.
