Long Island Iced Tea – Lars Wentrup and Lisa Nieschlag

Makes 2 long drink glasses


  • 40 ml (11⁄4 fl oz) gin
  • 40 ml (11⁄4 fl oz) vodka
  • 40 ml (11⁄4 fl oz) white rum
  • 20 ml (1⁄2 fl oz) Triple Sec
  • 40 ml (2 tablespoons) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 20 ml (1 tablespoon) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Crushed ice
  • Cola

Pour the gin, vodka, rum, Triple Sec, orange and lemon juices into a cocktail shaker, add the ice cubes and shake well for 10–15 seconds.

Fill the glasses about a third full with crushed ice. Pour the cocktail on top through a cocktail strainer. Fill up with cola and serve immediately.
